The M.G. Christian Organ Company was formed after a nine (9) apprenticeship beginning in 1976. Learning the techniques of Tuning and Voicing by ear,  Balance in Design, Old World woodwork, and preparing an eatable meal.in a Church Balcony.

In 1985  the 11,000 sq ft facility in Roscoe Minnesota was purchased, which in 1988, (after finding a need for a "Good used Piano" for the Children and being shocked at asking price of Retail Piano Dealers) became the first 200sq ft Pianos Plus outlet.

As it happened a lot of other Parents were being "Shocked" also. Over the next several years, Mike and the crew of  3 Helpers, reconditioned and sold over 100 pianos (after hours) and took in over 50 Band Instruments in trade .....

In 1993 We opened the Pianos Plus Music Store @ Hwy #23 Downtown Paynesville Mn. and added the full line of Band Instruments-Sheet Music-Gifts for Church and School Musicians.  And a few guitars ....

In 1994 (After much much research and very much like a Miracle ) We found the Ahlborn-Galanti Digital Church Organ Company and begged to become Dealers ...A MARVELOUS Stand alone Church Organ and  an amazing blend of modern technology with the ability to integrate (via Pipe Organ MIDI Interface "POMI" ) into building and restoring ALL Actions  of existing Pipe Organs.

In Y2K  (under external Management) we opened stores in Superior Wisc.-Duluth Mn.- Buffalo Mn .... but found that a Music Store of our type still needs to have "hands on" Service for the Customers .... so in 2005 I closed those outlets and have moved the excess inventory to our 12,000 sq ft storage and woodworking facility in Silver Lake Mn.

Over the next couple years it is my hope to Sell the Retail Music Store portion of this business... and spend the rest of my days enjoying the Design-Building-Rebuilding-Installation ...of  the Pipe Organs and ( Ahlborn-Galanti Digital Organs) for Churches that we haven't even met yet ... and Tuning and Servicing ...of those that we have built over the 20 years ....
